Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office resource scheduling
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and issue security passes
- Handle multi-line phone system with professional call routing
- Assist with basic clerical tasks (filing, scanning, document prep)
- Support weekend staff with administrative requests
- Uphold strict confidentiality and security protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-traffic environment
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (7:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
