Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare and edit confidential documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external communications with professionalism and discretion
- Streamline administrative workflows using digital tools (Google Workspace, Asana, Trello)
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track progress with meticulous attention to detail
- Manage expense reports, invoices, and budget tracking for departmental operations
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (minimum 3 years)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written/verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated experience managing competing priorities
- Proficiency in calendar management and travel booking systems
