- Manage executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Handle incoming communications, emails, and phone inquiries with professionalism
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Organize and maintain digital filing systems ensuring data accuracy and accessibility
- Coordinate office operations, including supply inventory and vendor management
- Support team coordination for company events and departmental projects
- Assist with onboarding processes and new hire orientation materials
Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent administrative experience (3+ years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with scheduling tools (Calendly, Outlook Calendar)
