Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling high-stakes meetings and coordinating cross-departmental logistics
- Compose and edit confidential communications, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Oversee travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor negotiations with precision
- Coordinate office operations including inventory management, supply procurement, and facility maintenance
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external partners
- Implement organizational systems to enhance team productivity and document management
- Support special projects including event planning and process improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years experience supporting C-level executives in corporate environments
- Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities with discretion and professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changing priorities
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) preferred
- Valid Arizona driver's license required for occasional off-site errands
