Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests with the utmost professionalism and direct them to their respective destinations.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Visitor Management: Sign in visitors, issue visitor badges, and maintain a log of all entries and exits.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming mail, distribute packages, and manage the reception area to ensure it is always tidy and organized.
- Scheduling: Assist with booking meeting rooms and coordinating appointments for executives.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients and visitors, resolving inquiries professionally.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a Receptionist or Front Desk Officer is required.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency: Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
