- Screen and direct phone calls, route correspondence, and handle inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events, conferences, and team building activities.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure seamless information retrieval.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
