Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations with a welcoming and professional attitude.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails efficiently.
- Greet visitors, vendors, and clients, ensuring a smooth check-in process.
- Perform light administrative duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages promptly.
- Assist in coordinating meeting room bookings and catering arrangements.
- Ensure the reception area and common spaces are always clean and organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred but not required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy office environment.
