Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors, handling inquiries professionally.

- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems.

Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Coordinator.
