Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain complex calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including email, phone calls, and mail, ensuring timely responses.
- Prepare and edit professional correspondence, reports, presentations, and internal documents.
- Coordinate departmental activities, including organizing meetings, taking minutes, and tracking action items.
- Assist in data entry, database management, and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Order and maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Act as a liaison between team members and external stakeholders, providing a high level of customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Administrative Certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional administrative or executive assistant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to proofread and edit documents accurately.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
