As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of our data and ensuring our office operations run smoothly during the weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and client data into various database systems and spreadsheets.
- Verify and correct discrepancies in existing data to maintain high-quality standards.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in processing weekend invoices and expense reports.
- Respond to general inquiries and direct calls during peak weekend hours.
- Perform routine data cleaning and archiving tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience in data entry or administrative assistance is preferred.
- Fast and accurate typing speed (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
