Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily calendar, scheduling meetings, and coordinating appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and emails.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist in data entry and maintaining accurate digital and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for team members when needed.
- Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
- Support other departments with various administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong potential are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
