Responsibilities
- Manage front-desk greeting, call routing, and visitor check-in procedures
- Perform accurate data entry for client records, schedules, and correspondence
- Coordinate office supply inventory and equipment maintenance requests
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage document scanning/filing
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including calendar management and report formatting
- Maintain confidential client information with strict data security protocols
Qualifications
- Proven experience in receptionist or front-deside roles
- Advanced data entry skills (minimum 50 WPM with 99% accuracy)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word)
