Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening and visitor reception
- Coordinate calendar scheduling and meeting logistics for 10+ staff
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and shipments (FedEx/UPS)
- Maintain digital filing systems and physical document organization
- Assist with office supply inventory and vendor coordination
- Support HR functions onboarding and documentation
- Prepare basic reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
Qualifications
