Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and manage the front desk reception area.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and maintain customer information and company records using our database systems.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and managing calendars for team members.
- Document Management: Prepare, organize, and file documents, reports, and invoices in an orderly manner.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to clients via phone, email, or in-person, answering inquiries and resolving issues.
- Inventory & Supplies: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep the workspace fully equipped.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior administrative experience is required; we value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
