Responsibilities
- Manage professional front desk operations including call screening, visitor registration, and mail distribution
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and maintain conference room schedules
- Assist with office supply inventory management and basic administrative tasks
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, and staff inquiries
- Operate multi-line phone systems and digital communication platforms
- Support event coordination and reception duties for weekend functions
- Maintain clean and organized reception area at all times
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
