Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with professionalism and courtesy
- Greet and screen visitors, maintaining a secure and welcoming lobby
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and office logistics
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and courier services
- Maintain pristine reception area appearance and supplies
- Process basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing)
- Support building security protocols and emergency procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist/customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and phone systems
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 8am-5pm)
