Responsibilities
- Manage multi-line phone system with exceptional call routing and message handling
- Greet and assist clients, visitors, and vendors with professional courtesy
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and calendar management
- Perform light administrative tasks including data entry and document processing
- Maintain reception area cleanliness and professional appearance
- Support weekend staff with logistical coordination and urgent requests
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
