Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate office services and activities for weekend staff and clients
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and conference room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Assist with basic administrative tasks including document preparation and filing
- Support weekend events and client meetings with setup and hospitality
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless handover of information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year experience in reception or customer-facing role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments with poise
- Professional appearance and polished demeanor
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM shifts)
