Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and directing inquiries
- Coordinate weekend meeting room reservations and ensure facilities are maintained to company standards
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accurate documentation
- Assist with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support office management by maintaining supply inventory and equipment functionality
- Handle client check-in/check-out procedures and manage visitor access systems
- Collaborate with on-site staff to ensure seamless weekend operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Professional appearance and positive demeanor
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-5pm shifts)
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
