Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during weekend hours (Saturday/Sunday 8am-5pm)
- Answer and route calls, take accurate messages, and handle inquiries
- Coordinate client appointments and maintain scheduling systems
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Prepare weekend reports and coordinate with weekday staff
- Assist with light administrative tasks including filing and data entry
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
- 1+ years receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor and polished presentation
- Flexibility to work weekends without exception
