Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 5 PM)
- Greet visitors, screen calls, and direct inquiries to appropriate departments
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and administrative support
- Maintain professional appearance of reception area and common spaces
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage document distribution
- Assist with basic office equipment troubleshooting
- Update visitor logs and security protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Exceptional verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
