Responsibilities
- Manage professional front-desk operations including visitor greeting, call screening, and package handling
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and maintain executive calendars using Microsoft Outlook
- Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence and maintain organized filing systems
- Assist with vendor coordination and office supply inventory management
- Support HR functions including interview scheduling and new hire onboarding paperwork
- Uphold strict confidentiality policies for sensitive company information
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Exceptional communication skills with polished phone and in-person etiquette
- Ability to multitask effectively in a high-traffic environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 4 PM)
