Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and direct communications to appropriate departments
- Greet and assist visitors with professionalism and courtesy
- Coordinate weekend meeting schedules and room bookings
- Handle incoming/outgoing mail and package deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Perform basic administrative tasks including data entry
- Support office operations as needed during weekend hours
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
