- Support weekend event coordination and meeting room logistics
- Execute data entry tasks with 99% accuracy for client records
- Assist with basic administrative functions (copying, filing, scanning)
- Uphold strict confidentiality for sensitive company information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years receptionist or customer service experience
