Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including call screening, visitor greeting, and mail processing
- Coordinate meeting room reservations and ensure pristine facility presentation
- Handle confidential client information with discretion and precision
- Process incoming/outgoing packages and maintain supply inventory
- Support administrative tasks including data entry and document management
- Facilitate seamless communication between clients and executive staff
- Uphold exceptional service standards during weekend business hours
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year receptionist or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Professional appearance and polished phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (8am-6pm)
