Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications (phone, email, visitors) with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate weekend office operations including supply inventory and equipment maintenance
- Process documentation using Microsoft Office Suite with precise attention to detail
- Support event coordination and meeting logistics for weekend activities
- Perform data entry and record-keeping for weekend operations
- Assist with basic accounting tasks including invoice processing
- Collaborate with weekday team to ensure continuity of operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 1+ years office administration experience, weekend shift a plus
