Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with a strict focus on speed and maintaining 99%+ accuracy.
- Verify and reconcile data from various sources, including scanned documents and emails, to ensure consistency across databases.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of critical records.
- Assist with general office administration, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling.
- Scan, print, and distribute documents efficiently to internal teams and external partners.
- Update and correct errors in spreadsheets and company records using Microsoft Office tools.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure weekend operations run smoothly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or office administration.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Fast typing speed (minimum 40-50 WPM) and excellent keyboarding skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to detect discrepancies.
- Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and scanners.
