- Schedule Management: Assist in maintaining and updating calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings efficiently.
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, copying, and scanning documents.
- Mail and Package Handling: Sort, distribute, and log incoming mail and packages promptly.
- Customer Assistance: Provide information to customers regarding services and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor front desk supplies and report inventory needs to management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: Minimum requirement; GED accepted.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
