- Manage the company calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and handling rescheduling requests.
- Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, document scanning, and maintaining office supplies.
- Distribute mail and manage incoming and outgoing packages.
- Assist with light accounting tasks such as expense reporting and invoice processing.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure a smooth and productive workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior receptionist experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer literacy.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Must be available for a flexible schedule and willing to work occasional weekends or evenings as needed.
