Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage and coordinate executive calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Communication: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal and external correspondence, including emails and memos.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records in databases, filing systems, and spreadsheets; perform data entry with high precision.
- Meeting Support: Prepare agendas, take minutes, and compile reports for team meetings and client presentations.

Qualifications
