Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks with a 99% accuracy rate, updating databases and spreadsheets.
- Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist in the preparation of weekly reports and manage correspondence during weekend hours.
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate department or team members.
- Perform light clerical duties such as scanning, photocopying, and proofreading documents.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to ensure seamless handover of weekend operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision on weekends.
- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.
