Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate person.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and emails promptly.
- Manage the front desk, including handling incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Schedule appointments and manage the company calendar as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Assistant.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
