Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize incoming phone calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
- Schedule and confirm weekend appointments and meetings using calendar software.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital and physical filing systems.
- Prepare weekly reports, expense summaries, and general correspondence.
- Assist with data entry and ensure database accuracy.
- Order office supplies and manage inventory levels.
- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming environment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday).
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
