Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring a professional and courteous tone at all times.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and events for the weekend team and external partners.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal documents, reports, and correspondence with high accuracy.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy document retrieval and compliance.
- Perform general data entry, expense reporting, and inventory management tasks.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and weekend logistics.
- Provide exceptional customer service to visitors and clients during business hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous administrative experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during weekend shifts.
