- Manage incoming inquiries via phone and email, routing them to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and organizing meeting agendas for executive staff.
- Maintain and organize office files, ensuring easy retrieval and data integrity for audit purposes.
- Perform general clerical duties to support the administrative team and ensure the workspace remains efficient.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or prior administrative experience preferred.
