Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct phone calls, emails, and visitors with the highest level of professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit internal documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Act as the primary point of contact for various departments, ensuring clear and efficient communication.
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reporting, and inventory management of office supplies.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar support role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Strong time management and organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in using various CRM and scheduling software is a plus.
