- Calendar & Schedule Management: Expertly manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements with precision.
- Document Management: Prepare, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact via email and phone, filtering inquiries and escalating critical issues.
- Data Entry & Reporting: Maintain accurate records, update databases, and generate weekly performance reports.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and corporate functions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work a flexible schedule, including some evenings or weekends if required.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Proven track record of accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
