Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer and inventory data into our internal databases and CRM systems.
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, during weekend hours.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as data verification and invoice reconciliation.
- Coordinate weekend office activities and ensure the workspace is tidy and organized.
- Prepare reports and summary documents as requested by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, data entry, and office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong typing speed (minimum 45 WPM) and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience working in the San Francisco Bay Area is a plus.
