Responsibilities
- Manage incoming emails, phone calls, and general correspondence with professionalism and accuracy.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Assist in data entry, report preparation, and inventory management as needed.
- Greet visitors and provide administrative support to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle basic accounting tasks such as processing invoices and expense reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred but not required).
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in a weekend or shift-based role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
