Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, including answering phones and greeting visitors.
- Process and organize incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Assist with scheduling weekend appointments and managing calendars.
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure weekend operations run smoothly.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous administrative or reception experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting.
