As a Weekend Admin Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who prefer a structured schedule without the stress of a traditional Monday-Friday workload.
Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting visitors and answering multi-line phone systems with a professional demeanor.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, scanning, and distributing documents.
- Perform general data entry, file management, and maintain accurate office records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for department heads.
- Assist with inventory management and basic office supply ordering.
- Ensure the office is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Must be available to work alternating weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and time management abilities.
