As a key member of our administrative team, you will ensure that our office functions seamlessly during our peak weekend hours. You will be the face of our company, managing front-desk operations and supporting our management staff with various daily tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phones, and directing inquiries professionally.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate calendars for department managers.
- Prepare internal reports, invoices, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering office supplies.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors during weekend hours.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or relevant administrative certification is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a corporate office environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
