Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors, answer incoming calls, and manage the front desk reception area with professionalism.
- Data Entry & Filing: Maintain accurate digital and physical records, including scheduling, filing, and database updates.
- Communication: Draft emails, respond to inquiries, and coordinate inter-departmental communications.
- Meeting Support: Prepare meeting rooms, set up audiovisual equipment, and take minutes during weekend board meetings.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure smooth weekend operations.
- Reporting: Assist in compiling weekly reports and updating internal dashboards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
