Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, including managing mail, supplies, and facility maintenance during weekend hours.
- Communication Hub: Answer incoming calls professionally, route messages, and respond to routine inquiries via email.
- Data & Records: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, perform data entry tasks, and update databases.
- Scheduling: Manage calendars for department managers, coordinate weekend appointments, and remind stakeholders of upcoming events.
- Document Preparation: Create, format, and proofread reports, memos, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Customer Support: Greet visitors and vendors, assist with basic inquiries, and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Expense Tracking: Process and log petty cash expenses and weekend-related invoices.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role.
