- Maintain and update the company database and filing systems, ensuring all digital and physical records are organized and accessible.
- Prepare and edit documents, including reports, presentations, and correspondence, ensuring high-quality standards.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of office supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and vendors visiting the office.
- Handle light data entry tasks and assist with the preparation of weekly reports.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or higher preferred.
- Previous administrative experience in an office setting, preferably with weekend availability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
