Responsibilities
- Manage incoming phone inquiries and emails during weekend hours.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate logistics for weekend corporate events.
- Prepare weekly reports and compile statistics for the Monday management meeting.
- Assist in customer service activities, resolving issues with a professional and empathetic approach.
- Maintain office cleanliness and ensure all weekend protocols are followed.
Qualifications
