Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex executive calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate conference calls, and arrange internal and external appointments.
- Travel Coordination: Plan and book domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, and ground transportation.
- Document Management: Prepare, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and business documents with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Screen and direct phone calls; manage email correspondence; and greet visitors professionally.
- Office Operations: Maintain filing systems, organize company events, and assist with general office administration duties.
- Project Support: Assist in special projects and data entry tasks as needed to support team goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
