Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Phone Operations: Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls in a timely and courteous manner.
- Mail Handling: Sort, distribute, and manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Scheduling: Maintain the company calendar and schedule appointments for staff and clients.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and other general office tasks as needed.
- Visitor Management: Issue visitor badges and ensure a secure and organized lobby area.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a front desk role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Skills: Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
- Appearance: Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
