Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the front office reception, greeting visitors and directing inquiries professionally.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference calls.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence using MS Office.
- Maintain accurate electronic and physical filing systems for company records.
- Assist with data entry, payroll processing support, and inventory tracking.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure team productivity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable transportation and availability to work on-site in El Paso, TX.
