Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, managing the front desk area to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and emails efficiently to ensure timely communication.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in maintaining office supplies inventory and ordering new stock as needed.
- Collaborate with the office management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly phone manner.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work full-time hours.
